Fulfillment & Refund Policy
At AJ Media, we offer premium email marketing services tailored to eCommerce brands. As part of our process, prospective clients first book a discovery call to assess fit and understand their needs. No payments are collected on the website directly.
Service Fulfillment
All services are fulfilled as outlined and agreed upon during the onboarding process after the discovery call. This includes scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms. Work typically begins after mutual agreement and receipt of initial payment.
Refund Policy
- Before Work Begins: If a client requests a cancellation before any work has started, we’re happy to issue a full refund—no questions asked.
- After Work Begins: Once strategy, design, copywriting, or any service delivery has commenced, we do not offer refunds for work already provided. This includes partial or full project completion, whether ongoing or one-time services.
- No Performance-Based Refunds: Given the nature of marketing services, we do not offer refunds based on performance expectations, as many factors influence results.
Cancellations
Clients can cancel future services with written notice, in accordance with the terms set in their individual agreement. For monthly retainers, cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
