In 2020, AJ Media was founded by two brothers who shared a passion for email marketing and a deep concern for the many brands being taken advantage of by other agencies. They saw the damage caused by agencies that were more interested in making a quick buck than in delivering results for their clients.
Too often, these agencies would dazzle their clients with flashy case studies, only to outsource the actual work and leave their clients with subpar results and frustratingly slow communication.
The brothers knew there had to be a better way.
Drawing on their extensive experience as freelancers, they decided to start an agency that would deliver not just good service, but an exceptional client experience.
